Veteran-owned and close to home
Tight Technologies is a veteran-owned company. We support organizations in the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Here is why both of those facts matter to how we work.
What veteran-owned means for us
Service shaped how we think about accountability: clear ownership, preparation, communication, and finishing what we start. Those habits show up in how we onboard clients, document environments, and respond when something goes wrong.
Why regional focus matters
Remote tools let us support many problems from a distance, and we use them. But some things are better done in person: walking a building to plan cameras and access control, sitting down with leadership to build a roadmap, or helping a team through a major change.
- Physical security needs boots on the ground. Placement, wiring, and testing happen on site.
- Local context matters. Different states and industries have different rules and expectations.
- Relationships last. We would rather know your people than manage a ticket queue.
One team across the region
Our clients range from small offices to multi-location organizations. We support them with the same method and the same standard of documentation, regardless of size.
Where we are headed
We plan to keep growing carefully, in the places we can serve well. If you operate in one of our states and want a partner that takes ownership, we would like to meet you.
