When you complete a contact, consultation, technology assessment, site walkthrough, or physical security assessment form, or when you email or call us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and the details of your message or request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and hosting and security tools may record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. Our analytics tools collect similar information to help us understand how the website is used.
Self-check tools. The self-check tools on our Insights pages, such as the 10-minute security check, run in your web browser. Your answers and score are not sent to us or saved on our systems. If you print your results or contact us and share them, we receive only what you choose to send.

- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure visits, popular pages, and how people find us. It may set cookies and receives information such as your IP address, device, browser, and pages viewed.
- Spam and abuse protection. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes interactions and device and browser information to tell people from automated software. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its use.
- Online scheduling. If you book a consultation, assessment, or walkthrough through our scheduling tool, the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and the time you choose, are processed by the tool provider on our behalf.
- Business intelligence. With your permission, we use ZoomInfo’s website tool, which uses cookies and your device’s network address to recognize which organization is visiting our site. We use this to respond to relevant business inquiries. It does not load unless you allow it in Cookie settings.
- Customer relationship management. Information you submit through our forms and scheduling tools is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, so we can follow up on your request and keep a record of our conversations.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your information.
Links and client portals
Our site links to the Client Login, Support Portal, and Billing Portal, which run on separate systems with their own terms and privacy practices. It may also link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites or systems.
Services for clients
Information we handle while providing managed services is governed by our agreement with the client, in addition to this policy. Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, or protected health information through website forms. If you are a client, contact your Tight Technologies team for secure ways to share sensitive information.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
